Michael Kors will get the 2013 Couture Council Award
Michael Kors is to be given
the 2013 Couture Council Award for Artistry of Fashion. The designer will be
rewarded for his work on September 4. The honour - which will be presented by
the Couture Council of The Museum at the Fashion Institute of Technology - will
be awarded at a benefit luncheon at the David H. Koch Theater in Lincoln
Center. The luncheon kicks off New York Fashion Week. Congrats, Michael!

Olivia Palermo wants to
create an evening wear line
The reality TV
star-turned-model - who is often voted one of the world's most stylish females
- is keen to create her own fashion collection and already knows which area of
the market she wants to branch out into.
“Designing is definitely
something I'm looking in to. I want to build my company the proper way, over
time. Once I settle down and create a line, it will most likely be evening
wear”, she explained to LOOK magazine.
Known for her own sense of
style, Olivia evening wear collection should be amazing. We can’t wait to see
what she will come up with.
