Then and Now

1- THEN AND NOW: Classy and effortless chic, white suits have been flirting with girls for a long, long time. Check out how both Nicole Scherzinger (right now) and Bianca Jagger (back in the day) rocked the trend.

2- TRENDCAST: Get trendier with colder seasons approaching. Practical and stylish, turtleneck jumpers are definitely a must-have this season. Wear them under blazers or leather jackets and create the most amazing outfit.

3- FASHION TALKS Karl Lagerfeld thinks Nicolas Ghesquiere should launch his own fashion line. The Chanel's creative director is confident the French designer - who has just announced his decision to part ways with Balenciaga on November 30 – would be successful creating his very own label, and thinks fashion mogul Bernard Arnault should invest in him. "Perhaps Nicolas wants to have his own label, which is not a bad idea. And it would not be a bad idea if somebody such as Bernard Arnault would invest in a new label because there are so many old labels [within LVMH]”, Karl told Reuters. Do you agree with him?

4- Going, going, gone! The dress worn by Judy Garland in 'The Wizard of Oz' has sold for $480,000 at auction. The iconic blue and white gingham garment fetched the highest price of any item during a two-day auction of Hollywood memorabilia in Beverly Hills, California, over the weekend. Check it out and some other cool items that have gone under the same hammer:

Johnny Depp's shades for $3,250
Marilyn Monroe’s purple skirt for $50,000
Steve McQueen's racing jacket for $50,000
